This is just a quick post... we've been busy busy busy in so many ways.
Feed: 1/2c Organic Whole Wheat Flour + 1/2c Water
Smell: A little like beer
Look: Nice and bubbly, small bit of hooch around rim
2 weeks in and now the yeast is really active. Doesn’t take it long to go from fridge to lots of bubbles. Noticed a nice bit of hooch running along the edge of the sourdough.
