Cilantro is a great herb that goes great on a lot of stuff.  Unfortunately, you usually only need a little but 50 cents will get you quite a lot.

So I wanted to share something that Asa figured out on how to make that 50 cents of cilantro last you all month.

First, separate the leaves from the stems…


Then wash and dry.  Salad spinners work wonders for this.  When done, throw it in a container…


and throw a label on there so we know when we made it.  Assuming it hasn’t all been used by then, we’ll check back in about a month.
