Feed: 1c Organic Unbromated Flour + 1c Organic Whole Wheat Flour + 1c Water + Hooch from Jar A
Smell: Smells like hooch
Look: Very gluten-y
Woops, took out Jar A again by mistake. It was fed in two consecutive weeks now, so let’s make a note of that.
From last week, I’ve found out that Bread Flour would be ideal for sourdough as wild yeast really really likes to have lots to eat. But since I don’t have any bread flour, I’ve upped the amount of regular flour by about 20% and added extra water until the consistency is right (stiff but still runny).
