Sourdough Feed - Jar B

Feed: 1c Organic Unbromated Flour + 2c Organic Whole Wheat Flour + 1c Water + Hooch from Jar A
Smell: Smells like flour
Look: Very gluten-y

Since I doubled up on Jar A last time, I did an extra good feeding and resting for Jar B before sticking it back in the fridge. I added an extra cup of flour and let it all rest in a covered mixing bowl for about 3 hours – or basically until there were a good number of bubbles starting to pop.
